It’s not a collection
– It’s far more
Yes, it is really tiny. No, we do not make money on it. Nevertheless, we believe that The Collection of Tomorrow is our most important project. How can we claim something like that? Have a look at the potential:
The Collection of Tomorrow represents a possible solution to close the gap that exist in a product’s life cycle – between recycling and production of new material – making it fully circular. We are not saying that we have reached the goal, but we are certainly taking steps to get there.
Instead of releasing many products at the same time, it is a sequential collection, where one product takes the place of the last. In 2019, it was a backpack, then came the shirt and now we are releasing an anorak… who knows what our next product will be.
The Collection of Tomorrow is simply a totally different way of thinking. We are challenging the way we make products and the way we sell and own products.
We believe it is needed if we are to face the future with our heads held high.
We hurry as slowly as we can
Let's just be clear about this: we are using this opportunity to experiment and to challenge everything. From the way the materials are being made, to the way we design, develop, manufacture, sell, use and dispose of the products.
And we are moving fast. We simply cannot take the time to get everything absolutely perfect on the first take. With experiments comes surprises and even failures from time to time. And we don't expect this collection to be any exception. It is part of exploring.
We will make mistakes. But we will learn from them and make it better next time. And when it comes to these products; we will have your back and we will make it right.
